Charles Jeffrey Cutaia

Charles Jeffrey Cutaia, 69, of Fort Myers, Florida passed away on May 21, 2017. He was originally born in New York, NY on September 30, 1947 to his loving parents. Charles is the son of Marion C. and Charles A. Cutaia.

In his earlier years, he was a successful student, graduating with an associates’ degree in accounting. He also contributed to his community by working in real estate sales.

Cutaia took many risks and made countless sacrifices for his country. He was a devoted member of the United States Army & the United States Army Reserves, serving from May 1966 until May 1972, as SP4 (T) E-4, PVT (P) E-1, Military Policeman . Charles was decorated with the National Defense Service Medal, was a sharpshooter with rifle, expert with pistol, and received a Good Conduct Medal. We will never forget his brave and courageous service during his enlistment.

His friends and family will miss him dearly. We will always remember him as a loving son, proud veteran, and a beloved member of his family. Gallaher American Family Funeral Home was entrusted with his arrangements. We send our deepest condolences to his family during this difficult time.
