Dr. A. Catherine David, Dpm

It is with deep sadness that the family of Dr. A. Catherine David, DPM of Fort Myers announces her peaceful passing on December 14th, 2018. Catherine was born on May 14, 1971 in Elizabeth, New Jersey.  The David family moved to Fort Myers in 1975.  She graduated from Bishop Verot High School in 1989 and moved to the Orlando area.  She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology at The University of Central Florida.  She moved to Philadelphia and graduated from Temple University in 2002, earning her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine.  She completed her residency in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery at Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo, New York.  She returned to Fort Myers to be near family and to practice podiatry. She often shared her love of music and served as an active member of St. Cecilia Catholic Community as a cantor. Catherine’s memory will always be cherished by her surviving relatives and loved ones. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 10:00 am at St. Cecilia’s Catholic Community 5632 Sunrise Dr. Fort Myers, Florida.
