Carley "Win" Fulcher

On July 1, 2021, Carley Winford “Win” Fulcher, passed away at home in Fort Myers, FL. A warrior throughout life Win was known as a man that could do anything, race car driver, an avid golfer, loved boating, after retirement he was a RV’r travelling all over the USA, a handyman that could fix or build anything to withstand the test of time, he was an accomplished Master SCUBA diver, even proposing to his wife under the water. He moved to Southwest Florida volunteering with the V.O.I.C.E. program he was then hired as part of the first graduating CSA class. He is survived by his loving wife, Elizabeth Fulcher (nee Lowery); Children Patricia Collins, Mia Hupp, John Fulcher, and wife Teasha; grandson Justin Hupp, and great grandson Hayden Fulcher; sister, Brenda Wyatt. Along with his parents, Win was preceded in death by brother Walter Ratcliffe, and grandson, Timothy Fulcher.

Also survived by many family and friends that loved him dearly. Funeral Services will be held with due notice of time and place given.
