Charlene Rioux Taylor, 61, of Estero, Florida passed away on December 31, 2017. She was born in Bethesda, Maryland on August 14, 1956. Charlene is the daughter of Irene and Russell Rioux. She graciously served her community working in the field of construction as an office manager. Gallaher American Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with her arrangements.
