Charlotte Millie Palmisano, 69, of Cape Coral, Florida passed away on September 11, 2017. She was born in Brocton, Massachusetts on November 7, 1947. Charlotte is the daughter of Helen and Richard Bergeron. She served her community working in the insurance industry as an office manager.
