Connie Patricia Hemphill, 70, of North Fort Myers, Florida passed away on August 3, 2017. He was born in Shelbyville, Tennessee on October 8, 1946. Connie is the daughter of Frankie Lou and James Lee Hemphill. She served her community working for Lee County Control as a dispatcher.
