Constance Lee Phillips passed away peacefully in her home in Fort Myers, Florida, on October 29, 2025. She was born on February 26, 1938, to the late Elmer and Bertha Hannan. Connie lived in Bay City, Michigan until 1996, when she moved to Fort Myers, Florida, with her late husband, George Dean Phillips.

In her career she made numerous draperies for Westguards before retiring from Valley Manufacturing. She was an avid card player with family and friends. She enjoyed traveling - not only to destination points but also back to Michigan to visit her loving family. She was a true dog lover and spent many years raising Yorkies. Connie was very crafty, making a wide variety of items and selling them at craft shows. In her later years, she enjoyed playing games on her iPhone, especially Hay Day.

She leaves behind two daughters, Bethany Linton and Kimberly Jaynes; her daughter-in - law, Christine Wieland; her grandchildren, Jenna Gembrowski (Luke), Brady Wieland (Carly), August Rojas (Mike), Connor Wieland, and Taylor Jaynes; her great grandchildren, Josephine Gembrowski and Nova Rojas; her sister, Cheryl Nashatka (Edward); and numerous nieces and nephews. Along with her parents and loving husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Daniel Wieland; son-in-law, Richard Linton; brother, Robert Hannan (Kathy); and sisters, Gloria Abbs (Mike), Norma Tomkinson (Jim), and Sandra Hannan.

Per Connie's wishes, cremation has taken place, and she will be laid to rest with her loving husband.
