Elizabeth Athan, 67, of Cape Coral, Florida passed away on December 25, 2017. She was born in Derby, Connecticut on September 12, 1950. Elizabeth is the daughter of Mr. Welch and Elizabeth Noe. She graciously served her community working as a scanner/coder in the Medical Records industry. Gallaher American Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with her arrangements.
