Elizabeth Cotter, 97, of North Fort Myers, Florida passed away on October 13, 2017. She was born in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania on June 13 1920. Elizabeth is the daughter of Anna and Edward McAndrews. She graciously served her community working as a cook for Christian Brothers. Gallaher American Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with her local arrangements.
