Emilia Maria Arcelay

Emilia Maria Arcelay, 59, of Fort Myers, Florida passed away on November 15, 2017. She is originally from Aguadilla, Puerto Rico and was born on September 27, 1958. Emilia is the daughter of Margarita and Herminio Arcelay. She loyally served her community working for the Aguadilla City Government as the Director of Federal Programs.
