Frances A. Foust, 80, of Elida, Ohio passed away on January 9, 2018. She was born in Lima, Ohio on January 30, 1937. Frances is the daughter of Jane and Lloyd Shoemaker, and she sadly leaves behind her husband, Franklin E. Foust. She graciously served her community working in the animal care industry as a dog groomer. Gallaher American Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with her arrangements.
