Hamilton was born in Musselbugh, East Lothian, Scotland to his parents Arhibald Young Lindsay and Agnes King Cunningham. Hamilton served his community as a insurance agent in the automobile industry. He will always be remembered as a son, husband to Martha Eugenia Villalobos, and a loving family member.
