Irma E. Valmer, 97, of Fort Myers, Florida passed away on December 19, 2017. She was born in Iisalmi, Finland on October 5, 1920. Irma is the daughter of Wilhelm Ottopalm and Hilja Piippo. She served her community as a cook in the restaurant industry. Gallaher American Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with her arrangements.
