James Ray Whitt, 68, of Alva, Florida passed away on November 18, 2017. He was born in Milburn, West Virginia on January 16, 1949. James is the son of Jesse and Tony Whitt, and he sadly leaves behind his loving husband, Michael Claypoole. He loyally contributed to his community in the telecommunications industry, working as an installer. We will never forget his brave and honorable service to his country as a member of the United States Navy. Gallaher American Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with his local arrangements.
