Jan K.T. Withstandley, 78, of Cape Coral, Florida passed away on July 21, 2017. He was born in Jersey City, New Jersey on November 27, 1938. Jan was the son of Elna and Douglas Withstandley. He loyally served her community while working for the United States Postal Service as a postal worker. Gallaher American Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with his arrangements.
