John Hayes

John Hayes worked at the Port Authority in the maintenance department. He was a lifelong resident of Cape Coral, Florida. He died unexpectedly on December 12, 2020, at the age of 54.

John is survived by his six siblings: Elizabeth Kominar, Roberta Anderson, Bobby Hayes, Helen Warren, David Hayes, and Barbara Marlow. Also many nieces and nephews. And his girlfriend Jill Heinzeroth. He is predeceased by his parents: Robert Hayes and Florence Hayes.

John was born April 12, 1966, in Bristol, Pennsylvania. He was a sergeant in the Air Force from May 2nd, 1989 to June 24th, 1991. He supported Desert Shield and Desert Storm. After this, he went to school and worked hard to become a certified electrician.

John enjoyed kayaking, fishing, hunting, traveling, biking, and archery. He loved his beer and taste testing different brews. We all know John was known as somebody who would take the shirt off his back to help somebody else. John was always there for everybody whenever they needed him. We will miss him dearly.
