Judith Kathleen Urban, 81, of Port Charlotte, Florida, passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2017. Mrs. Urban was originally from Pittsfield, Massachusetts. She served her community in Florida as an Administrative Assistant for the Social Security Administration. She will be forever remembered as a loving wife to Mr. John Urban and loving mother to Michelle Racicot.
