Kelley Lyn Waugh-Pino, 48, of Fort Myers, FL, Passed away on January 23, 2018. He was born in St. Petersburg, FL on June 9, 1969. Kelley was the daughter of Thomas Dennis Waugh and Lillian Allen. She served her community as a Manager in the restaurant industry. Gallaher American Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with her arrangements.
