On Monday, December 15, 2025, surrounded by love and respect, Kevin L Kellogg, age 60, passed away peacefully. A lifelong resident of Florida, Kevin was born on April 2, 1965.
Kevin is survived by his dearly beloved wife, Ramona (Ziegenfus) Kellogg; his parents, Benjamin and Barbara (Powell) Kellogg; his son, Cody Kellogg; his daughter, Christina (Kellogg) Rogers; two grandchildren and sister, Karen (Kellogg) Simer.
Kevin and Ramona (affectionately known as “My Girl”) shared 12 wonderful, though all-too-short, years of marriage. As a devoted husband and business partner, Kevin was a steadfast pillar of strength. He not only talked the talk in every aspect of life but also walked the walk. Together with his wife, Ramona, Kevin founded Logical Choice Realty Group in 2017, serving Lee, Charlotte and Hendry counties as a licensed real estate agent and broker. Concurrently, as a Life Coach, he founded Mindset Matters Coaching, inspired by his belief that anyone could “seize the life you deserve” through the right mindset. He often shared the wisdom: “It is not about working harder – it is about rewiring your mind for success.”
Earlier in his career, from 1981 to 2007 – a remarkable 26 years – Kevin dedicated himself and worked himself up from a bag boy to a Store Manager for Publix Supermarkets, opening two stores for them in Florida.
Although Kevin always remained deeply dedicated to his work 24/7, over the years he cultivated a genuine passion for travel. Whether a spontaneous weekend escape or an expedition to far-off horizons, together he and Ramona explored countless corners of the United States and ventured far beyond, creating unforgettable memories in Costa Rica’s lush rainforests and volcanic landscapes, the diverse wilds of African regions, and the sun-drenched shores while relaxing on a Caribbean cruise that carried them to Jamaica, Haiti and the Bahamas. Over time, Kevin learned how to unwind and embrace the joy of these adventures – so much so that he would often turn to Ramona with an eager smile and ask, “Where are we going next, and when?” Even though they continued to work remotely while traveling, Kevin embraced and appreciated the ever-changing scenery as a precious opportunity to rediscover life’s simple joys.
As broker of Logical Choice Realty Group, he built not just a successful business, but lasting relationships founded on trust, respect and genuine human connection. To his team, he was a mentor and leader. To his clients, he was trusted and steady. To many, he was a friend. The community he and Ramona served together meant the world to him. He felt deeply grateful for the outpouring of love, prayers, warm messages and support he received every step of the way. Kevin lived life with heart. He was a leader who cared profoundly, a friend who always showed up and a man whose faith guided every decision. He remained unwavering in his faith, giving all the glory to God and trusting Him fully while pursuing a holistic approach to healing. Throughout his battle with stage 4 colon cancer, Kevin exemplified extraordinary strength, fighting with unwavering faith, grit, courage and grace. He chose to continue showing up not just for himself, but for everyone around him.
Through “Kevin’s Cancer Journey” posts, he transformed a deeply personal battle into a source of strength for others. He chose transparency over silence and faith over fear. His messages were honest, hopeful and unwavering in trust. He inspired others by sharing God’s word and reminding everyone that, no matter how steep the challenge is, we are never alone. His honesty and open sharing of his journey touched tens of thousands worldwide, offering encouragement and strength. Yet his greatest impact was personal – profoundly felt by his family, friends, clients, agents and countless others inspired by his example.
Kevin was kind, loyal, selfless and deeply loved. He leaves behind an unforgettable legacy and is profoundly missed. While our hearts are broken, we find comfort knowing Kevin is now home with his Lord, healed and restored. “Well done, my good and faithful servant” (Matthew 25:23). Those who knew him would agree: Kevin truly had a servant’s heart.
Since Kevin always made Anniversaries (wedding and first date), Birthdays, Valentine’s Day and any other special occasion extraordinarily special for his beloved Ramona, filling them with love, intention and faith, in honor of his life and the endless love he shared with Ramona, a memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 14, at 12:00pm at Cape Christian Church, 2110 Chiquita Blvd South, Cape Coral, FL 33991
Lastly, on the designated tab located on this portal please share what special memories you have of Kevin.
