Kevin Graham Nipper, 54, of Cape Coral, Florida passed away on January 10, 2018. He was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on December 8, 1963. Kevin is the son to Buddy A Nipper and Glenda Black. Kevin served his community as a Dry Wall Specialist in the Construction industry. Gallaher American Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with his arrangements.
