Mary Browning Henderson

We are sad to announce June 16, 2024 Mary Browning Henderson gained her wings and went peacefully to be with the Lord. She leaves behind her fur babies Lily and Blossom.

Children: Tom Henderson (Debi) Winter Park FL and Camy Jo Henderson Padilla (Jeff) Lehigh Acres FL, Grandchildren Justin Padilla, Jennifer Mick and Kristy Henderson, Great Grandchildren Preston Furnbach, Davian Henderson, Aubrey Henderson, and Jordan Padilla, surviving sister Thelma Deese and numerous beloved nieces. She had a heart of gold and loved her family dearly .

She was preceded in death by her daughter ViAnn Henderson and Granddaughter Danielle Zielinski.

Mary retired from the Lee County Sheriff’s Office after 27 years of service.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the near future. The family requests in lieu of flowers that any and all donations be made to the Lee County Humane Society.
