Melvel Stuart Evans, 73, of Cape Coral, Florida passed away on August 24, 2017. He was born in Middletown, Rhode Island on July 23, 1944. Melvel is the son of Eleanor and Stuart Evans. He graciously served his community working as an educator. Gallaher American Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with his arrangements.
