Nancey was born in Vero Beach, Florida, on August 11,1950 and lived most of her younger years in Tampa, Florida.  She graduated from King Senior High School in 1968.  She moved to Colorado Springs and married John Tulli in March 1978.  She continued her education in Colorado Springs and graduated from Pikes Peak Community College in 1989 with her Associates degree in Accounting.  She worked for many years in data entry at Current and also at H&R Block as a tax advisor.  Nancey loved animals especially her cats Maxwella and Sidekick. She was an avid reader, loved doing crossword puzzles and enjoyed playing canasta with all of her friends.  Nancey joined her beloved mother, Gertrude, father, William, brother, Richard (Ray), and her nephew in law, David Oslund in heaven on January 19,2020.  She leaves behind her son, Wes (grand-dog Minnie), her brother, Don (David), her sister, Janice, her nieces Lynnette, Leonore (Scotty), Nancey and Lesley.  Her great nieces, JuNita, Allie and Emily.  And her great nephews, Travor and Jackson.  She was a beloved Mother, Aunt and loyal friend and will be missed by everyone she knew.  She will be forever in our hearts.
