Nelson O'Neill Portalatin-Mercado, 22, of Cape Coral, Florida, passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2017. Mr. Portalatin-Mercado was originally from Puerto Rico. He served his community of Cape Coral, Florida as a cable worker in the telecommunications industry. He will be forever remembered as a loving son, brother, and friend to many.
