Paul F. Dzugan, Jr., 55, of Cape Coral, FL and formerly of Crestline, OH, passed away Sunday, March 20, 2017.
Born in Crestline, OH, he was the loving son of the late Paul Sr. and Theresa Dzugan.
Paul was a strong family man who put his daughter and loved ones first throughout his life. He was a best friend to many and never met a stranger; always giving of himself through kind deeds and selfless giving. Guided by his devout Catholic faith, Paul donated much of his time to the Knights of Columbus and was an avid volunteer at his church.
Paul was a critically acclaimed chef and recently played a major role in the opening of Tasty Cultures restaurant in Cape Coral. There, he specialized in Polish and Ukrainian cuisine - a true passion for him as he was proud of his own Ukrainian heritage. Paul cherished the little things in life: watching the Bears and Notre Dame during football season, music, camping, fishing and Bingo. But most of all he loved to laugh with his family and friends. His sense of humor will be greatly missed.
Left behind to cherish his memory is his daughter and light of his life, Stephanie Dzugan; brothers, Martin (Tracy) Dzugan, Eric (Tracey) Dzugan, Pete (Lynlee) Dzugan, Joe (Gretchen) Dzugan. Paul was a loving uncle to Dylan, Hailey, Mason, Ian, Michael, Krystin, Theresa and Payton; a great uncle to Wyatt, Wailynn and Zayne. And a dear friend to many. Greeting Paul on the other side of this life are his parents and his late sister, Barbara Ann Dzugan.
A celebration of Paul's life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please show an act of kindness to a stranger as Paul would have done.
