Philomenia Spinoso, 95, of Cape Coral, Florida passed away on December 28, 2017. She was born in Paterson, New Jersey on October 27, 1922. Philomenia is the daughter of Rose A. and Joseph Cropanese. She graciously served her community working in the retail sales industry. Gallaher American Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with her arrangements.
