Sandra Lee Levitsky

Sandra Lee Rothwell (Levitsky) Tulanowski, 64, of Bokeelia, FL formerly of Hazelton, PA passed away Friday November 24, 2017 at Hope Hospice Cape Coral, FL.
Sandy was born December 22, 1952 in Jamestown, NY. She was the daughter of Reverend Wayne and Edith Rothwell. She was preceded in death by her daddy Reverend Wayne Rothwell; her brothers: Brett Rothwell and David Rothwell; sister-in-law: Karen Levitsky; daughte: Dawn Freedom Levitsky; step-son: Matty Burns; and grandson: Jace Burns.
Sandy was always thinking of others and spent her career in the medical field, first working in the family nursing homes, then as a phlebotemist both in Pennsylvania and Florida. She spent the last 27 years with her soul mate Joe Tulanowski in Florida, where she carried on her love of life and making friends along every adventure. She loved to cook and everyone knew her couldn't wait to see what she would be making when they visited. She would be seen in the kitchen with a beverage in one hand and every burner going.
She lived her life on her terms and made no apology for it. Her free spirit, love of family and friends, and excitement for every adventure are just a few things that made her so loved. There are so many things that Sandy loved and enjoyed but what truly made her heart soar was the happiness of her loved ones. Through her life, she loved horses, dancing, reading, riding motorcycles, finding and creating new recipes, going on adventures, meeting new people, and bringing joy to others. With such excitement she would talk about all of her hopes and dreams for her and Joe, her mom, her kids, grandbabies, and loved ones.
Her real zest and love of life was an inspiration to all who knew her. She will be remembered for her infectious laughter, amazing smile, delicious concoctions, and devoted, unwavering love for her family and friends.

Celebration of Life/Memorial will be held December 9, 2017 at 2:00 pm at the Conyngham Methodist Church, Conyngham, PA. A Celebration of Life/Memorial will be planned for Sandy's family and friends in Florida at a later date.
