Scott Allen Rhoades, 61

Scott was born in San Deigo, CA on September 8, 1960 to Donald George Rhoades & Julia Quick and passed away unexpectedly on July 4, 2022.

Scott’s career was primarily focused in the oil & gas and trade contracting industries. Scott was a very active man often walking/running a few miles each morning. He loved to learn something new and readily accepted a good challenge. He was very talented in any area of home building and was an active member of the Illinois Carpenters Union. Scott was also very patriotic, you would often find him sharing the stories of fallen men and women in uniform to keep their memory alive but also to pay his respects to them and their families for their ultimate sacrifice. Scott had many great friends, most of which were a part of the Harley Davidson community and he was very proud to ride with them.

Scott is survived by his finace’, his mother Julia Quick and his sister Diana Ayers both of Clarksville, TN; his step-sister Angela (Sis) Taylor and husband Jamie of Longview, WA; his daughter Tianna Rogers and husband Jeremy of Choctaw, OK; his son Derek Rhoades and finace’ Tiana Ray of Clarksville, TN; grandchildren: Jeysa Rogers, 16; Asher Rhoades, 10; Jayse Rogers, 10 and Janiyah Ray, 8 and numerous nieces and nephews that all loved him dearly.

Scott is proceeded in death by his grandmother Elizabeth Raymer, his nephew Jason Allen Mead Ayers, his father Donald George Rhoades and his step-father James T. Quick.
