Shirley Joan Proctor, 82, of St. James City, Florida passed away on December 23, 2017. She was born in Washington, DC on March 14, 1935. Shirley was the daughter of Grace and Gordon Nielson. She graciously served her community working in the medical field as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Gallaher American Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with her arrangements.
