Vincente Gregorio Pernas, 70, of Cape Coral, Florida passed away on July 21, 2017. He was born in Havana, Cuba on January 11, 1947. Pernas served his community working as an electrician. Vincente is the son of Lucia Julianna Diaz and Vincente Pablo Pernas, and leaves behind his wife, Magdalena Sofia. Gallaher American Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with his arrangements.
