William Leon Mitchell Jr.

William Leon Mitchell, Jr., 36, of Valley Center, California on August 21, 2017. He was born in Brooklyn, New York on May 29, 1981. William is the son of Mercedes Williams and William L. Mitchell, Sr. He loyally served his community working in the field of law enforcement as a probation. Prior to employment with the state, he served his country as a member of the United States Army. The sacrifices he made and his brave service will never be forgotten. Gallaher American Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with his arrangements.
