Michael (Mike) E. Henderson

March 20, 1960 – February 1, 2022

Age 61, passed away peacefully in his sleep at Hope Hospice, Cape Coral, FL. Born March 20, 1960, in Joliet, IL.

Survived by his stepdad, William Schreiber of Lockport, IL four loving siblings, Rodney (Mary) Henderson of Murray, KY., Beverly Sabrah, Linda Wiedmeyer, both of Cape Coral, FL., and Jodi (William) Dzak of Wilmington, IL.; cherished nieces and nephews Jason (Beth) Henderson, Melinda (Tim) Clark, John (Alissa) Claassen, Joe Claassen, Melissa (Adam) Beissmann, David (Lydia) Wiedmeyer, Jaime Hauert, Stephani Dzak as well as numerous great nieces, nephews and other family members.

Preceded in death by his loving mother, Juanita J. Schreiber. 

Mike was born and raised in Lockport, IL moving to Cape Coral, FL in July 2019. Mike worked in the field of masonry and construction. He was well loved by numerous friends with whom he became known as “Uncle Mike.” Mike enjoyed watching football, game shows, and listening to music as well as spending time at family and friend gatherings. Mike will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. 

Cremation rites have been accorded – Gallaher American Family Funeral Home, Cape Coral, FL
